Last week through my newsletter (you can sign up on the right side of the blog over there!), I announced that as a mother’s day gift to ME, I would be donating 1/2 my pattern sales income from last week to buy a gift for a women in need through the International Rescue Committee.

I am happy to say that we almost made the goal I was hoping for of being able to purchase small business training (which cost $192).  So I added a little and bought myself what I wanted!

Thank you so much to all you wonderful Gingercake customers for helping me reach this goal.  I hope you sewed something wonderful for yourself or your mama last week.
