Three Simple Summer Sewing Projects

July 23, 2019

I like to sew up quick and simple projects that will be useful this time of year. Last summer I shared a video with instructions to make scrunchies, eye mask and sun glass holder. This summer I made a NEW video featuring how to sew an insulated water bottle sleeve, a bag for wet suits, and a pretty tie head band. Head over to my youtube channel to check it out or click on the play button on the picture below…

So far the head band is getting the most use. Mostly because I have totally crazy hair this summer! But the suit bag was really useful at the beach and the water bottle holder is really cute and I know it will be use more as sports begin again for my girls 🙂

One of my favorite things about this video is that you can just use what you have in your sewing room to make these projects. No special purchases needed! YAY
