The winner of the DIY crayon Art Folio kit was Jen of quilter in the closet won!  She chose the corodiles for a special boy who is coming to visit at new years.  I love knowing some cute little guy will be using the crayon holder.

In other news, I am still trying to get some handmade gifts done.  I thought maybe you might still be sewing too so I am running a little 2 day sale…

Head over to the pattern shop and browse for some fun gifts to sew.  If you are short on time, I would suggest the pillow patterns.  The Lola Owl, the elephant and the penguin are all super fast and always big hits with kids!  Also, consider printing at 75% if you don’t have quite enough fabric.  Also, the On the Go Organizer and the Crayon Folios are straight forward and make great gifts too.

Honestly, I would NOT suggest making the 3 layer clutch or the Art Caddy or even the duffle (but the sleep over tote is really fast!) since all take a bit more time if you have never sewn them before.

Want to get a present for yourself??  You can win a copy of my book, Sewing to Sell, over at Made By Sara and Imagine Gnats.  Sara made a really cute organizer from the book~
