Sewing For Blend Fabrics

June 4, 2015

Kate from Blend Fabrics contacted me a few months ago to sew a few items for her booth at Quilt Show.

AnniePenguin2forBlendFabrics Here is Annie Penguin.  These fabrics were so cute for the Penguin pattern.  The fabric line is called Snow Day.  I used Here Fishy Fishy in Blue for the belly and Arctic Tree Grey for the body.

AnniePenguin1forBlendFabrics Above is the penguin mixed in with the rest of the display.   I love those pillows and party hats.  Adorable!

WasteFreeLunchBagforBlendFabricsOn the other side of the display is the Waste Free Lunch Bag I made for Blend,  I used the Winter Wonderland Blue and Sweater Stripe in Blue for the lining.  I also used Fishing net green for the handles and flap.   There is also a sleep over tote tucked on the bottom shelf.  Can you see it?

Thanks to Kate Murray for sharing these photos with me.  When I made these items, I had lots of things happening and didn’t get a chance to take any photos!  Silly me.  I am so happy that she sent me some so I could share with you!
