Leaf Pile

Kids in leaves

We Raked out first leaf pile yesterday.  The sun is finally out in Western PA!!  I love it when all the leaves change and the countryside looks like heaven on earth.  I HATE WINTER.  Unfortunately I am not developed enough of a human being to separate fall from winter.  Another thing to work on in my life.

The kids did this leaf pile mostly on there own.  Anne had to be forced outside but then she had a great time.  The farm just has this one big tree in the lawn so we raked under it and it amazes me how few other leaves there are in the yard.  Cal made himself comfortable in the pile and didn't bother to move even while the leaves where being raked onto him.  Letting the ladies do all the work!
