Here’s what is keeping us busy in dreary January

Front door 

 We bought a house that needs new flooring and paint.  LOTS OF TIME HERE!!  Can you see that shag carpeting?  These are our new floors that I love though.  The upstairs still needs to be painted and new carpets.  We are thinking the move date will be in earlier or mid February.IMG_5007
Dress up play.  Calvin is rocking the belle dress and the girls are in last year's easter dresses.

and finally I finished the note taker pattern!  Changed the name to On the Go Organizer.  I thought notetaker sounded too much like notebook slipcover and it's really an all purpose organizer so I thought this was a better name.  This pattern was so nice to write!  No complicated steps and everything just comes together easily.
