My husband said he had something awesome to show me on the computer after he came home yesterday. Surely most of you have seen google earth and google maps. Here is what he discovered when looking up our house…
HIs mowing lines show up on satellite! Cool indeed. I admit his excitement was more than mine but i still think it's cool! He has a used golf course mower and this is what he was able to create this year. Groovy. We tease him a lot about his mowing but this is pretty impressive!
I looked at this picture and hated our ugly roof and saw the need for the driveway being repaved. Yuck. But then i saw that you can see my vegetable gardens and decided to take some pics of that success instead of worrying about the boring roof and driveway!
Cute and bright zinnia border…
Our own home grown pumpkin already decorated by some overly eager kids.
This tomato is called 4th of July and boasts that tomatoes will be ripe by 4th of july. They were ready but now that the meatier ones are ripe, these are passed over. I love the overabundance of late summer!
New sprouts of arugula! Yum Yum Yum. This is first time I have replanted seeds in the fall.
And finally Japanese anemone starting to bloom. Some gardeners think this is a "garden thug" but i am in need of some thugs in this sorry border i have going!
That bird pillow is going up in the shop today so I'll be blogging about that soon too!
