Beachy Bucket Bag by Kristin

May 21, 2019

I love this gorgeous beach themed version of my new sewing pattern, the Bucket Bag . Kristin McCauley has tested several of my last patterns and she is the best! First, her skill at grammar and sewing is VERY helpful! Next, her sewing is so so good. Finally, she know how to take great photos too!

Kristin used home decor fabric for the exterior of the bag. The lining is a lightweight denim and the dark blue upper lining is also home decor. She used a linen blend for the strap instead of the leather. It looks great and goes so well with her beach theme. She also used a toggle button for her closure and knotted the ends of her leather cording.

I love this photo above of the pockets. It really gives you an idea of how much space is in the bag. You can see how useful that will be when you are out and about this summer!

One more shot! you can follow Kristin on instagram and see all her sewing adventures. She is sewing some beautiful quilts right now! Thanks again

Head over to my shop and purchase the brand new Bucket Bag sewing pattern for just $5.oo this week (may 20-27th, 2019) only!
